FAQs at Devereux Chiropractic and Acupuncture, LLC in Oakville

Your frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?

Dr. Scott Devereux is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, which enables him to provide the care the patient needs without interference from the insurance companies.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash or check only. Payment is due at the time of service. A receipt can be provided for patients that have out of network coverage for chiropractic and acupuncture services.

Health Savings Account
You may be able to make payments for services received through your health savings account. Contact your health savings account provider for qualification guidelines.

Cancellation/Late for appointment
All appointment cancellations require 24 hour notification, and appointment cancellations without a 24 hour cancellation will be billed to the patient in full.

Patient appointment scheduling is very important for everyone. If a patient is late for an appointment, patients who are waiting will be seen at their scheduled times. The late appointment patient will be seen as time allows.
